Charlotte
Diagnosis: Broken leg.
Treatment: Cast.
Behavior: Irritated but still active. Fell "skipping" outside while I was putting her brother in the carseat and cut up hands and knees.
Prognosis: Good. Will likely break another limb within 3-5 years due to inability to remain calm for longer than 2 seconds.
Sawyer
Diagnosis: Teething. Pushing 4 through at once in addition to the six he has.
Treatment: Motrin. Motrin. Motrin. Hyland's teething drops. Motrin. Vodka (that's for me).
Behavior: Spawn of Satan. Whiney McWhineypants. Wakey Von MiddleOfTheNight.
Prognosis: Fair. Having 10 teeth at ten months is pie compared to his sister who had 16 teeth at 14 months. If he's following suit, this may be a long six months.
Phoebe
Diagnosis: Lady bits removed.
Treatment: Antibiotics, pain/antiflammatory meds, e-collar.
Behavior: Slightly sad, mostly due to asinine collar. See?
Prognosis: Excellent. Considering she managed to eat the baby's leftover breakfast off the highchair while I was at the store AND chase the cat. Collar comes off at her check-up next Friday.
Hope all of you have a healthy, pain-free holiday weekend. And for those friends of mine in Canada, just pretend and drink with me!

LOL..laughing my ass off at phoebe's pic. Poor space dog! Lucy didn't have to wear one of those probably because she would've found some way to chew it into a million pieces, it would've been entertaining to watch her try though.
I hope Charlotte takes it easy for you for the next couple weeks and Sawyer lets you sleep. I walked upstairs to a crying baby the other day, didn't I say that was going to happen?
Hopefully everyone begins to get better at your house. I feel for you. :) Have a great weekend! :)
hope everyone starts feeling better soon! love the pic of your puppy :)
I'll pretend it's a long weekend again and drink too
Phoebe looks so sad. Hope you get a respite from nursing duty this weekend. LOVE the new blog look!
Poor you guys! XOXO!
Totally thought I'd commented yesterday. Hmmm... starting to confuse twitter with the rest of the world. Not good.
Thanks for the toast! I think I'll join you. Not sure when exactly you meant, so I'll just drink all weekend to be sure to catch you, ok? ;-)
Ours was last weekend. I used to think that Memorial Day and Victoria Day were on the same weekend (maybe some years they are). I guess it just means we can wear white shoes for an extra week! ;-)
Good luck in your hospital house. It looks like with some strategically placed vodka and/or glass of wine, you've got everything under control :-)
Given my child's similar inability to remain still, I am amazed we haven't had a cast yet. (Oh crap. I probably just cursed myself.)
Phoebe is breaking my heart!! Sweet furry dog....she looks so sad.
Should I send vodka?
Poor Phoebe!! Such a sad face. As for the teeth, both L and G cut theeth that way. It'll be over soon!! I hope C is all healed up soon!
I can't believe they sent Phoebe home with a collar!!!! Poor Delilah is having her lady bits removed today, too, and it's breaking my heart that she's all alone in the vet's office overnight. My poor baby!
